Jenny Rogers

Jenny is a widely experienced consultant and coach who teaches both consultancy and coaching skills to others. She is the author of several books on management skills and psychometric instruments such as the MBTI and FIRO-B. Two recent books are on Facilitating Groups and there is now a fourth edition of her signature title Adults Learning. Her book Coaching Skills: A Handbook was published recently and will be followed by a book on how to develop a coaching business.

Phil Hayes

Phil is a former head of management training at the BBC. He has coached senior managers from many parts of British industry and is currently coaching chief executives and directors of large NHS trusts and authorities. He is currently running coaching skills courses for Lifescan Scotland and Stirling Medical, coaches senior Foreign Office diplomats and has undertaken a major organisational development and training project with the Daily Telegraph editorial staff.

Julia Vaughan Smith

Julia is a coach and also has a psychotherapy practice in Bristol. In an earlier career she was managing director of a healthcare management consultancy and was deputy chief executive of the NHS Training Agency. She coaches a wide range of clients including international broadcasters and clinical consultants.

 

Matt Driver

Matt was previously head of leadership development at the BBC and holds an MBA, a Diploma in Personnel Management, a Masters in Organisational Psychology and a Diploma in Organisational Consulting. Currently he is running major programmes for Highland and Islands Enterprise, the BBC, Skillset (TV industry) and Herts County Council.

Lorraine Steele

Lorraine built a successful career in the United States as a recruitment consultant, Management Futures. Her current clients include Fire, Police and Ambulance Services and she runs coaching and mentoring courses for local government. working closely with international leaders in the retail field. In Britain she was one of the early graduates of the Management Futures Diploma in Coaching and has a wide range of clients in British Council and NHS. She also runs regular workshops on influencing skills.

Jan Campbell Young

Jan is an outstanding coach who, as the former Director of the Senior NHS Career Development Service, has coached hundreds of people at senior levels in the NHS. She continues to do so for Management Futures and regularly trains new coaches. Jan also tutors on senior leadership programmes for major organisations such as the Ministry of Defence and the National Air Traffic Control Service.

Kate Hudson

Kate has worked as a consultant and coach in every continent for the British Council. At Management Futures she coaches and facilitates for a range of blue chip clients. Her special areas include the teaching of influencing and negotiating skills and the use of Gestalt techniques.

Tony Betts

Tony specialises in performance coaching following a period in sports coaching. His unique contribution to personal development is The Art of Not Doing in which participants learn to achieve more with less effort. He is often asked to work with teams on their innovation and creativity.

Sandra Grealy

Sandra is a former Royal Engineers officer. A passion for training led her, via learning and development posts, to become a senior consultant with Management Futures. Her current clients Include Fire Police & Ambulance Services. She also runs coaching and mentoring courses for local government, The NHS and the television industry.
