We are an accredited centre with the Institute
of Leadership and Management and offer three practical coaching
diplomas underpinned by well researched theory and extensive
practice.
The Level 7 Diploma in Leadership Mentoring
and Executive Coaching is offered to senior people who have
completed our five-day intensive coaching skills programme.
It is at postgraduate-degree level.
Module 2 learning continues through practical coaching, a
facilitated learning set and the development of a portfolio
which should be completed normally within 12 months. The diploma
is suitable for those within organisations who wish to accredit
their skills or people wanting to set up, validate or expand
their business in executive coaching.
